Southeastern Ontario Palliative End-of-Life Care Network
The Client
The Southeastern Ontario Palliative and End-of-Life Care Network is a vehicle that facilitates people and resources coming together to improve the system of palliative care for residents of Southeastern Ontario. It is broad-based, open and representative of the organizations and individuals that coordinate and deliver palliative and end-of-life care.
The Challenge
The Southeaster Ontario Palliative and End-of-Life Care Network needed to make their resources and registration process more available to Network members as well as the public. The Network also needed a way to stream-line the administrative duties associated with their printed directory.
The Result
The website we created for the Network includes an online registration form and a resource upload tool. The resource upload tool allows Network staff to post documents, links and other files to an infinite number of categories and sub-categories that they are able to create. An administrative tool was created for the online directory so Network staff could update the directory as needed and also export the information from it for the next printed edition.
